GOSFORTH Show has decided to switch from its traditional midweek setting to a Saturday date to boost the attraction of the event. From next year, 2009, the Gosforth show will be held on the third Saturday in August (August 15 in 2009) instead of the third Wednesdays. This move has been made possible because Skelton show has decided to move their show from August to the first Saturday in July."
